Old Grenache

Vines planted in the ground in bush dry land, which give very little production of grapes, in our case they are planted in Sierra de Luna and very small yield, about 400 gr / strain. These vineyards are generally abandoned due to a poor return but we decided to recover them in order to get that precious treasure nature gives us.

Wine characteristics: suitable variety for high-grade wines. Very sensitive to oxidation and therefore difficult to manufacture.
