Then is followed by a static racking at 12\u00ba C. Stay in touch with its lees and ferments at 14\u00ba C.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ageing (months)<\/strong>: young wine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alcohol content<\/strong>: 13,5\u00ba vol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Tasting Notes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Colour<\/strong>: Raspberry pink, clean and bright. The color of the ros\u00e9 wine is determined by the time the wine remains in contact with the grape skin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aroma<\/strong>: Intense floral, fresh and fruity aroma. Notes of freshly cut herbs with strawberry and raspberry aromas. Then follow by beautiful and floral notes of roses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Taste<\/strong>: soft attack with flavors of red jelly and raspberry. Fresh and smooth on the palate.
